You’ll also receive an e-mail with the receipt and the same download links.
How long until I get an e-mail with download links?
When your payment was successful, an e-mail with the download links will directly be sent to the e-mail account you used with your order.
What to do when I didn’t receive an e-mail?
Sometimes the e-mail is marked as spam, so please check your spam box. If you didn’t receive any e-mail from us, and your payment was successful, please contact us via [email protected].

You can simply follow the download links you receive after successful payment. The files will automatically be downloaded to your device.
Do I need special software to read the ebook?
The ebook is a PDF file with read-only rights. You can open these files on any mobile device. If you’re reading the ebook on a desktop or laptop, you’ll need Acrobat Reader, which you download for free here.
Do I need special software to use the bonus material
Some of the bonus documents are made in Excel. So you’ll need to have Microsoft Office or Google Docs to be able to open these files.
Can I use and read the ebook offline?
Yes, after you downloaded the files to your device, you can use it offline.
Once I have purchased my ebook, will it always be available?
Yes, after you downloaded the ebook and bonus material to your device, you can use it at any time.
Also, when we update the ebook, we will send you a download link with the updated version.
Can I print and copy my ebook and bonus material?
When you use a printed version of the ebook or bonus material for personal use, it is allowed to print. However, we support you to use it as a digital product for environmental reasons.
It is not allowed to multiply, reproduce the ebook and bonus material, publish it, and/ or sell it to others. You can see our copyright statement in the ebook.
